Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and provide outstanding customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy. What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of aircraft-related facilities, office areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site policies, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
Prepare clear, accurate activity reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.
