Mission

The Services Salesforce Administrator (f/m/d) is responsible for the administration, configuration,and continuous enhancement of Salesforce Service Cloud within the Services Department.

The role ensures scalable, efficient, and high-quality service processes by translating business requirements into stable and well-structured Salesforce solutions.





The position acts as a key interface between Services, Sales, IT, and other business units, ensuring alignment between service processes, system capabilities, and governance standards.

Main Responsibilities

Salesforce Ownership – Acts as system administrator and functional developer for Salesforce Service Cloud.
Platform Configuration – Drives ongoing configuration, customisation, and enhancement of Service Cloud capabilities.
Service Cloud Optimisation – Configures and optimises core components including Case Management, Omni-Channel routing, Service Cloud Voice, Customer and Partner Portals, and AI-supported features.
Solution Delivery – Designs, configures, tests, and documents Salesforce solutions such as Flows, automations, permissions, and data model changes.
Services Enablement – Serves as the primary Salesforce contact for Services teams, providing expert support and guidance.
