Supermicro is looking for talented and passionate Application Engineer who has in-depth knowledge in computer / server architecture. You will be responsible in validating/troubleshooting the cutting-edge server systems and working with Product Manager to provide the best customer support.



The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in computer/server product as well as excellent documentation and communication skills -- ability to interface with cross-functional teams in professional manner.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Work closely with Production, Service, Purchaser, Product Manager to validate and debug server systems.
• Identify technical issues and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Proactively follow up the current backlogs for validation and escalate the road blockers as needed.
• Continuously process and documentation improvement for efficiency and accuracy
• Continuously learn and create technical documents for validating and troubleshooting newer GPU systems.Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is preferred
• 2+ years of working experience in computer systems and/or servers
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Highly analytical, creative, detail orie
