We're seeking a Social Media Travel Planner to join our team and help clients plan and book their dream trips. This is a remote position for people who love travel, are active on social media, and want to turn that passion into a career.
What You'll Do
Connect with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Book seamless journeys via email, chat, and phone with accuracy and enthusiasm
Use social media to engage with clients and showcase travel destinations
Resolve issues quickly to ensure smooth travel from booking to homecoming
Nurture post-booking relationships to support clients before, during, and after every trip
Spot trends in client feedback to refine services and personalize future bookings
Deliver high-touch service with empathy, expertise, and professionalism
