• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all time• Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions• Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.• Prove Brand and product knowledge• Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner• Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company oper
