At DXC Spain, we are looking for a Software General Manager, Insurance to act as Territory Manager for Insurance across Spain and Portugal.
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager Insurance South Europe and will be responsible for driving growth across the territory, developing new C-level relationships and managing the overall business and financial performance of assigned accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as Territory Manager for Insurance across Spain and Portugal, with a primary focus on the Spanish market.
Drive growth across the territory by identifying,



developing and closing new business opportunities.
Act as a business developer, with a strong hunter profile and a secondary farmer focus.
Build new relationships at C-level and continue developing a relevant network within the insurance market.
Interact effectively with C-suite stakeholders and different levels of client organizations.
Act as DXC’s single point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand clients’ business strategies, challenges and pain points.
Lead strategic business discussions and establish trust with senior client stakeholders.
Use client and market insight, including SWOT analysis, to define appropriate business development strategies.
Bring clear views and informed perspectives on how to drive transformation in Insurance or Financial Services, drawing on personal experience in client environments.
Understand the insurance software market and position DXC’s offering effectively against competitors.
