About the Role

DP World is seeking a Project Manager, Freight Forwarding to join the Freight Forwarding Europe PMO team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across our European Freight Forwarding business, supporting the growth, integration, and continuous improvement of our Air and Ocean Freight operations.

As part of a developing PMO function, you will play a key role in driving project execution, support business integration activities, system implementations, and operational excellence initiatives. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across operations, commercial, IT, finance, HR, and leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully and generate measurable business value.

How You Will Contribute





Lead and manage projects from initiation through execution and successful completion, ensuring delivery against defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, resources, risk assessments, governance frameworks, and stakeholder communication plans.
Support strategic business initiatives and integration projects, including the integration of newly acquired businesses within the Freight Forwarding network.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, IT, finance, HR, and country organizations to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Coach and support business and freight forwarding branches on performance management metrics, KPI monitoring, and the identification of opportunities to improve operational and commercial performance.
