- Support pharmaceutical customers across Catalonia in laboratory environments
- Install and optimize hardware, software, network products and configurations
- Implement analytical method workflow solutions at customer sites
- Diagnose and resolve product and application method performance problems
- Perform maintenance and compliance verification
- Deliver hardware and software customer training
- Advise customers on preventive maintenance and configurations affecting product performance
- Address customer service requests and communicate proactively before, during and after service
- Collaborate with Support, Sales, Marketing and R&D; teams to provide customer solutions
- Deliver internal technical trainings, seminars and workshops for field engineers when needed
Requirements
- Completed university degree within the last 24 months in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or similar
- Strong hands-on experience operating chromatography equipment
- Experience with computer/software/server connected equipment
- Proactive and self-driven mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new products and services
- Strong soft skills capabilities for this customer-facing role
- Full proficiency in Spanish
- High level of English
- Driver's license
- Consent to participate in and meet Agilent-approved customer/vendor credentialing requirements necessary to access customer sites
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time
