As an Account Manager, you will nurture and grow key restaurant partners while owning growth strategies across cities. You’ll translate partner needs into actionable plans, drive promotions and marketing activations, and optimize menu performance and visibility. You contribute to regional OKRs and revenue growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier service.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with top partners through proactive communication and business reviews
- Monitor portfolio KPIs, generate reports, and drive actions to meet goals and OKRs
- Develop and execute growth plans via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
- Improve partner visibility and revenue through marketing kits, merchandising, and negotiated assets




- Negotiate commissions and assets to enhance Glovo revenue
- Identify churned or inactive partners, build action plans, and re-engage them
- Improve partner operations to ensure excellent customer service

Responsabilidades

- 1 year+ experience in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
- Computer literate; knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, Excel
- Native Spanish, Catalan and English skills xugodme
- Strong commercial and customer-obsessed mindset; persuasive selling ability
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Project management and complex problem-solving abilities
- Data-driven mindset with sound business judgment
