Role Description The Accountant / Bookkeeper is a part-time, remote role responsible for managing the financial records of Eko farma Moravka. Day-to-day tasks include recording and reconciling transactions, maintaining general ledgers, preparing invoices, and tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable.

The role also involves assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, preparing basic financial reports, and supporting compliance with local accounting and tax regulations. The Accountant / Bookkeeper will collaborate with the farm’s management to provide accurate financial data for decision-making and ensure timely and organized documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in bookkeeping and general accounting, including transaction recording, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Experience using accounting software and spreadsheets,



with the ability to generate clear financial summaries and reports.
- Knowledge of local tax and regulatory requirements relevant to small businesses or agricultural enterprises.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a high level of accuracy in financial documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with owners, suppliers, and external advisors.
- Previous experience in small business, farming, food production, or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Relevant education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
