Full-time | On-site Permanent Contract €Looking for your next accounting challenge? We're looking for an Accountant to join our team in Spain and take responsibility for the accounting operations of our Spanish entity. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager and working closely with our headquarters in the Netherlands, you'll ensure accurate accounting, tax compliance and timely Group reporting.

Record purchase invoices, sales invoices and operating expenses. Perform bank and payment provider reconciliations (PayPal, Klarna, Stripe, Adyen, etc.). Prepare VAT returns, Intrastat declarations and support Corporate Income Tax filings.

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors. Support treasury activities,



including supplier payments and customer collections. Prepare documentation for Group reporting and external audits. Degree or vocational qualification in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in general accounting role. Strong knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and VAT regulations.

Fluent

English ( C1 or above ).

Advanced Microsoft

Excel skills.

Experience with ERP’s.

Experience in eCommerce, retail or distribution accounting.
