Advisory Mentor – Real Estate (Valencia Region) | Freelance The Good Agent is a new fixed-fee real estate agency in Valencia. We believe the market is ready for change. Instead of the traditional 3–6% commission, we work with one transparent, fixed price agreed upfront.

Sellers know exactly what they'll pay, with no surprises and no misaligned incentives. We combine this with a modern, digital-first client experience. Clear communication, professional marketing, and a smooth process from listing to notary.

Our clients are mostly international sellers (Dutch, British, German, Belgian, French, Scandinavian) across the Comunidad Valenciana.

We're growing fast. As we grow, we want every property we bring to market to be priced and positioned correctly. That's where you come in.

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced real estate mentor to advise our team, with knowledge and experience in the Valencian real estate market. This could be a retired or inactive real estate agent or broker. Or it could also be an active property valuator. This is not a client facing role.

It's purely internal support

- Reviewing and checking our property valuations
- Answering questions on local market dynamics, pricing strategy, and comparable sales
- Sharing your professional judgment when our team wants a second, experienced opinion
- Helping us sharpen our internal processes as we professionalise

We work on a pay per case basis of €80-100 per case. Right now that's only a handful of cases per month. We're growing quickly, and the frequency will grow with us.



It will be on a freelance base. Who you are
- A retired or inactive real estate agent or broker, or an active property valuator. We want someone without an active brokerage practice, to avoid any conflict of interest
- Strong knowledge of the local property market in Valencia city, or elsewhere in the Comunitat Valenciana (we're building this network region by region, including Costa Blanca)
- Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus
- Motivated by more than the fee. You're genuinely interested in helping a new, disruptive concept in real estate get off the ground, and want to lend your experience to a team that's building something different
