As Aircraft Performance Engineer you join the Aircraft Performance team to own performance deliverables across ADu0026amp;S fixed-wing programs. You will support design phases, certification processes and performance studies for campaigns, RFPs and in-service needs. You drive harmonization of tools, data management and service offerings while shaping the Flight Physics strategy.

You work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure quality, digitalisation and operational excellence in a dynamic aerospace environment.

- Conduct performance studies for campaigns, RFPs and customer inquiries
- Assist flight operations tooling, data management and in-service support

Responsabilidades

- Master in Aeronautical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in Aircraft Performance (development, flight test and certification)
- Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do what is necessary; owner mentality
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to travel as required
- English negotiation level; German/Spanish preferred
