In this role you design and implement enhancements to the BlueYonder Transport Management System, supporting distribution operations. You will serve as a technical vendor manager for BlueYonder and drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across transportation processes. You’ll advise on transportation execution and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale and optimize our distribution network.

- Standardize and enhance processes and technology within the BlueYonder TMS to boost efficiency and insight
- Act as technical vendor manager for BlueYonder relationship
- Simplify, standardize, and automate transportation processes
- Execute global Distribution Sourcing events (e-bidding, tariff reviews)




- Provide supply chain guidance as an internal consultant on transportation execution and reporting
- Coach Central Control Tower and Regional Distribution to adopt a Continuous Improvement mindset

Responsabilidades

- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with understanding of end-to-end delivery
- University degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience with BlueYonder Transport Management System
- Knowledge of other ERPs (e.g., SAP, Transporeon, 4kites, EDI)
- Coding knowledge (SQL or similar) and analytics experience xugodme (Power BI or similar)
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and drive cross-functional collaboration
- Innovative mindset and leadership capabilities with strategic thinking
- Skilled communicator and fast learner with autonomous self-management and project leadership
