Business Analyst / Consultant – ERP (JD Edwards) We are looking for Business Analysts to support a integral pharmaceutical transformation programme. The role will focus on translating business requirements into functional solutions across finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement , with particular expertise in JD Edwards .

Start Date: 1 November 2026 Duration: 12 months with a possible extension Location: Madrid, Spain Working Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the Madrid office Languages: English and Spanish required Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and effective process solutions. Requirements ~5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within finance, procurement, ERP, or business transformation. ~ Strong experience with JD Edwards ; Oracle/JD Edwards experience is highly desirable. ~ Proven experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and process improvements. ~ Strong understanding of finance, controlling, and procurement processes , particularly indirect procurement. ~ Experience working with Shared Service Centres and geographically distributed teams. ~ Pharmaceutical or GxP experience is strongly preferred. ~ Exposure to SAP transformation or migration projects is an advantage. xbhjioe ~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
