In this role you will redesign and test payment structures for Glovo’s riders worldwide, using data analysis and modeling to drive a fair, scalable logistics network. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational investment and rider engagement, and own the experimentation cycle from design to global rollout. Responsabilidades

- Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
- 2+ years in a data analytics role with measurable business impact
- Advanced SQL for complex querying
- Python for data analysis and orchestration
- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, xugodme Tableau, PowerBI)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent English
- Organized, ownership-minded, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
