In this role you drive the rider business performance across 20+ markets, owning the performance picture and challenging targets to ensure actioned decisions. You act as the key Controlling partner to Country Heads, steering ROI-focused analysis and end-to-end deviation management. You will shape the performance narrative for budgeting and planning, elevate Controlling standards, and collaborate with analytics and leadership to turn data into strategic moves.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own rider business performance across 20+ markets and challenge targets/deviations
- Maintain a 360 view of rider KPIs including cost per order, utilization, delivery times, and rider experience
- Identify high-value risks and opportunities using experiments, benchmarks, and market trends; direct where to focus analytical effort
- End-to-end ownership of material deviations: root cause, accountable owner, recovery plan, and closure
- Lead the business narrative through Best Estimate, budget,



and annual planning, acting as the reference point for FPu0026A and Finance leadership
- Raise Controlling standards, definitions, cadence, tooling, and accountability across the function
- Act as a challenger to analytics teams to improve forecasting and modeling without owning them
- Translate performance into decisions for senior leadership through concise, decision-focused communication

Responsabilidades

- 4-7+ years in Business Performance, Controlling, Strategy xugodme u0026 Operations, FPu0026A, Consulting, Marketplace or Operations
- Proven ownership mentality without direct reports
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders to drive decisions
- Strong analytical problem solving; ability to decompose problems and perform calculations
- Comfort with ambiguity and focus on material signals
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; fluency in English
- Experience with AI tools for analysis (comfort with using AI tools)
