In this role you own the performance of Glovo’s rider operations across 20+ markets, ensuring a reliable Controlling system that surfaces risks and opportunities early. You challenge targets, guide cross‑functional leadership, and drive decisive action backed by ROI insight. You oversee the full rider cost and broader performance picture, including utilization, delivery times, and service health, trading off between metrics to maintain quality.

You’ll shape planning and prioritization across markets, elevating data-driven decisions at the executive level. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with significant strategic influence across a multi-market operation.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own rider business performance across 20+ markets, challenging targets and recovery plans without formal authority
- Maintain a 360-degree view of rider KPIs, balancing cost with service quality, utilization, and delivery metrics
- Identify highest-value risks and opportunities; conduct deep dives and recommend where to allocate analytical effort
- Own deviations end-to-end: root cause, accountability,



recovery plans, and closure
- Lead business narrative through budgeting, annual planning cycles, and cross-functional decision making for FPu0026A and Finance leadership
- Raise Controlling standards: definitions, cadence, tooling usage, and accountability across markets
- Challenge analytics team by understanding their models and suggesting improvements without taking ownership of them
- Translate performance into senior leadership decisions with clear, concise communication

Responsabilidades

- 4-7+ years in Business Performance, Controlling, Strategy u0026 Operations, xugodme FPu0026A, Consulting, Marketplace or Operations
- Demonstrated accountability for a budget or market portfolio
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions
- Strong analytical problem solving and quantitative skills; ability to decompose problems and perform math
- Comfort with ambiguity and focus on material issues
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; fluent English
- Willingness to use AI tools to accelerate analysis
- Clear, direct communication with conclusions and transparency about unknowns
