Navis Consulting is currently recruiting experienced Casino Managers for exciting opportunities onboard leading international cruise lines.

As Casino Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all casino operations onboard, ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for guests while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, customer service, team leadership, and financial performance.

You will lead and develop an international casino team, drive revenue through promotional activities, and ensure all gaming operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the onboard casino
- Lead, motivate, and develop an international team of casino professionals
- Monitor gaming activities and ensure compliance with company procedures and gaming regulations
- Drive revenue growth through promotions, marketing initiatives, and guest engagement
- Manage casino budgets, financial controls, and operational performance




- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and security procedures
- Collaborate with shipboard management to enhance the overall guest experience
- Maintain high operational standards across gaming tables, slot operations, and cash desk functions

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Casino Manager onboard a cruise ship
- 2-5 years of progressive casino management experience
- Strong knowledge of casino operations, gaming procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Proven experience leading and developing multicultural teams
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong financial management, reporting, and budgeting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
- Fluent English communication skills
