Change Manager – P2P / Coupa Change Manager to support a global Coupa P2P across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina , managing the change management strategy, communications, training, business readiness and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries. You will work closely with global and local stakeholders across Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Management and business teams , ensuring that the organisation is prepared for the transformation and that change is successfully adopted. change management initiatives within P2P or procurement transformation programmes , enjoy working in global environments and are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and countries, this could be a great fit.

Change Management Strategy

Change, Communication and Training Plans Work closely with global and local stakeholders to ensure alignment, engagement and business readiness training materials and training data Create and coordinate communications to be distributed through local business teams Business Readiness Assessments and track readiness activities ahead of deployment Identify resistance to change at an early stage and define actions to mitigate risks and adoption barriers Manage change-related issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle activities from a change management perspective Maintain action trackers, project deliverables and reporting to ensure activities remain on schedule Prepare clear documentation, reporting and status updates for project and senior stakeholders Foster strong collaboration between global teams, local business teams and project stakeholders local requirements,



translations and employee consultation processes Change Management , ideally within transformation or implementation programmes Procurement, Invoicing and Supplier Management global organisations and managing change across multiple countries or business units project management and coordination skills Experience working within project teams and implementing structured change programmes Excellent stakeholder management skills, including interaction with both senior management and local business teams Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication and training materials to different audiences English and Spanish SAP or PeopleSoft Agile methodologies Hybrid model – 2 days onsite per week Why join this project?
