As CRM Manager you will design and drive data‑driven CRM strategies to activate, engage and retain users across 9 markets. You’ll own end‑to‑end campaign delivery across multiple channels and advise on global and local initiatives to reach the right user at the right time. You will lead cross‑functional projects, optimize lifecycle processes, and build experiments that turn insights into improvements.

- Design and execute CRM strategies to activate, engage and retain users across 9 markets
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery from ideation to execution across multiple channels
- Advise on global and local initiatives to reach the right message to the right user at the right time
- Lead experimentation and optimisation with A/B testing and insights into actionable improvements




- Lead cross-functional projects (dashboards, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, experimentation frameworks)
- Manage and optimise the campaign calendar and automations aligned with lifecycle stages and business priorities
- Act as main CRM contact, collaborating with Marketing, Product and local teams

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze is a strong plus) xugodme
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset using quantitative and qualitative insights
- Excellent English communication; other European languages a plus
