We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a B2B environment and contribute to the design, development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.

The role will focus on developing scalable solutions using the Salesforce Lightning Platform , working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform .
- Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL and SOSL .
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications according to business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies.
- Work with Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, validation rules, flows, and automation.
- Develop and maintain scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and other development teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and production incidents.
- Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform.




- Support CI/CD processes and deployment management across Salesforce environments.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer .
- Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC) .
- Solid knowledge of Apex, SOQL and SOSL .
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, security and automation .
- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience working in B2B environments , ideally with complex sales, customer, account, or commercial processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development and deployment tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git and CI/CD pipelines .
- Experience with testing, debugging, code reviews, and deployment processes.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II .
- Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Experience Cloud .
- Knowledge of Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex and asynchronous processing .
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, Platform Events or integration platforms .
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Salesforce deployment automation.
