Role Description The Director Project Management is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing complex real estate and business initiatives from inception through completion. This role leads project planning, defines scope and timelines, manages budgets, and coordinates cross-functional workstreams to ensure objectives are met.

The Director will align project portfolios with strategic business goals, implement standardized processes, and monitor performance metrics to drive efficiency and quality. Day-to-day activities include leading project meetings, managing risks and dependencies, reporting progress to senior leadership, and supporting continuous improvement across operations. The role also involves mentoring project teams,



fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills for financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership skills for guiding project teams, coaching staff, and promoting collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Process Improvement skills for optimizing workflows, implementing best practices, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in professional services or real estate-related environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage competing priorities, and maintain high levels of discretion and professionalism.
