In this role you will be the technical expert for the Cortex portfolio, guiding the design of security solutions that address a customer’s key imperatives. You will evangelize Cortex-driven security intelligence, automation, XDR, SOAR, and incident response, partnering with account teams to win technical validations and PoVs. You’ll lead demonstrations, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and help customers realize value through architecture and design of Cortex-based solutions.

This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that blends technology leadership with strategic guidance.

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in Security Operations or pre-sales/sales engineering in SIEM/SOAR/SOC/XDR/EDR
- Cloud Security experience
- Proven track record as a technical expert in a similar role
- Experience xugodme with senior management and customer-facing problem solving
- Solid understanding of SOC processes and SIEM/SOAR expertise
- Scripting experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel for in-person customer meetings
- Proficient in English
