In this role you will drive growth for Dutch clients by delivering Google Ads solutions and acting as a trusted advisor. You onboard new clients, minimize churn, and identify growth opportunities while managing a high-volume portfolio. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor PPC campaigns, achieve targets, and support clients in a fast-paced digital market. This position offers a chance to shape market strategy and scale client impact in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Onboard new clients and provide advisory support to design strategic PPC campaigns
- Drive revenue growth through outbound outreach and campaign upsells
- Engage the Dutch market to identify needs and propose tailored solutions
- Manage a large base of accounts and maintain accurate customer data
- Meet or exceed performance targets and sales KPIs
- Foster long-term relationships and provide timely issue resolution

Responsabilidades

- BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience; MA/MSc preferred
- C2 level Dutch and high-level English
- 2+ years of proven sales/marketing experience
- Regular use of AI tools and CRM systems
- Deep understanding of Dutch market etiquette and digital marketing ecosystem
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy for compliant outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication; xugodme ability to handle ROI questions
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Analytical skills for competitor analysis and market trends
