As an Enterprise u0026amp; Domain Architect at DWS, you will define and govern the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business goals, guiding technology strategy and transformation initiatives. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to translate business needs into scalable, compliant solutions and oversee integration of new technologies. You’ll drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, and platform modernization while managing risk and governance.

This role offers the chance to shape the technology foundation for finance and asset management at a global firm.

- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with strategic objectives
- Oversee integration of new technologies and processes into the IT environment
- Collaborate with business leaders and IT teams to translate needs into technical solutions
- Establish and enforce architectural standards and governance across the organization
- Identify IT infrastructure risks and develop mitigation strategies

Responsabilidades





- Enterprise Architecture expertise with strong TOGAF knowledge, certification, or practical application
- Experience crafting technology strategies and architectures across Finance, Risk, and operations domains
- Strong IT strategy, target-state architecture, roadmap development, and transformation planning
- Experience leading digital transformation, including cloud adoption, platform modernization, and automation
- Knowledge of AI tools and their enterprise applications; ability to apply responsibly
- Understanding of IT governance, risk controls, regulatory requirements, xugodme and compliance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
- Significant experience in Finance or Banking; Asset Management industry familiarity
- Proven ability to deliver scalable and business-aligned technology solutions
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and workflow optimization
