Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated EUC Support L1 Engineer to provide first-level technical assistance and desk-side support. The role involves troubleshooting end-user computing issues, ensuring smooth IT operations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- End-user support : Provide L1 technical assistance for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Incident management : Log, track, and resolve tickets within defined SLAs.
- Desk-side support : Assist users on-site with hardware/software issues.
- Basic troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve common IT problems.
- Collaboration : Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions.
- Language proficiency : Minimum Spanish B2 fluency.
