As a Management Controller, you will play a key role in steering the company’s financial performance in an entrepreneurial environment. Monitor and drive financial performance (revenue, margins, project profitability) Own the budgeting and forecasting process and challenge business assumptions Build and improve reporting tools (Excel / BI) to support strategic decisions You have a Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering You already had a first experience in finance, audit, or controlling (2 years minimum) You are comfortable with Excel and curious about BI tools You speak English and Spanish fluently (C1) Contract: CDI Unique mix of Finance + Data + AI environment
