Experteer Overview

In this role, you will help Fortune 500 financial institutions redesign finance and risk operating models, driving end-to-end process transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize processes across budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and data governance.

You’ll translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, supporting governance and operational efficiency. The opportunity combines finance expertise with change management to deliver measurable impact at scale.

- Design and implement business processes aligned with objectives
- Analyze current-state models to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop future-state process designs using established methodologies
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders
- Support large-scale transformation across finance and risk functions
- Contribute to end-to-end finance processes improvements
- Assist in cost allocation design and spend governance

- Collaborate to improve financial transparency and reporting accuracy
- Support data governance and compliance initiatives




- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of new processes
- Support training and transition activities for new systems
- Drive data governance initiatives for data quality and controls
- Ensure regulatory and internal governance requirements are met

Responsabilidades

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Process Design, Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Risk Transformation, FPu0026A, Data Governance, or related disciplines
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, expense management, cost allocation, or management reporting processes
- Experience collaborating with business, finance, risk, and technology stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design
- Advanced proficiency in Data Governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end business processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable process solutions
