- You are fluent in English and in French (50% of daily operations are in French)

- You are currently pursuing a degree or Master in Finance

What the job involves

- You will be part of our Billing Operations team in Barcelona

- Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier

- Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client

- Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes

- Participate in the improvement of internal processes

- Provide effective and clear and answers to clients and suppliers

- Step 3: Speed dating at the office with 4-5 team members (90 min)
