As Service Now Practice Lead, you will architect, implement, and govern the Service Now platform across Unit4. You will lead a specialist team to optimize workflows and integrations aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform scales with evolving needs while upholding governance and security.

- Act as lead architect for the Service Now platform, directing configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
- Lead a team to develop and enhance Service Now to meet business goals
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Service Now capabilities
- Define and enforce governance, security, and optimization best practices
- Ensure seamless integrations between Service Now and other enterprise systems
- Oversee daily operations, reliability, security,



and performance of the platform
- Manage Service Now licensing and ensure compliance with licensing terms
- Maintain relationships with Service Now and third‑party vendors to ensure high‑quality service delivery

Responsabilidades

- Proven experience as Service Now architect or team lead
- Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD within Service Now
- Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM and HR processes
- Knowledge of Service Now Now Assist AI (advantage)
- Service Now certification (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) is highly desirable
- Proven leadership of technical teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good English level
