As part of our growth, we are looking for a Global Learning & Talent Development Intern (m/f/d) to join our General Learning & Development Team.
Your Responsibilities
Support the coordination of global training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
Assist with the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) and learning-related reporting
Help develop communication materials, learning content, and employee development resources
Support global talent processes, including Performance Appraisal and 360° Feedback
Analyze participant feedback and learning data to drive continuous improvement
Research learning trends and best practices to support innovation in Learning & Development
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field




Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources
Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 level)
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in an international and collaborative environment
