3.Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.
4.Experienced in team management. Preference will be given to those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company.
5.Work experience in a general company, with preference for those with experience in a Global CRO.
6.Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image.
