We’re looking for a Global L&D; Programs Lead to build and scale leadership capabilities across the organization. This role is about shaping how leaders think, decide, and show up—from first-time managers to senior global leaders.

Senior and executive leadership ~ Balance global strategy with local market needs Work directly with senior HR and business leaders across commercial, medical, and corporate functions Move beyond classroom training to scalable, high-impact formats: Digital and on-demand leadership tools ~ Partner with Talent & HRBPs to integrate learning into performance, talent, and succession processes Track impact on engagement, performance, and talent progression Strong experience in Learning & Development, with strong focus on leadership development Experience working with senior stakeholders and executive populations You’re comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing without authority You move fast, test, and iterate You care deeply about developing people—not just delivering content You’ll define and shape leadership at a general dermatology and aesthetics leader You’ll work at the intersection of science, business, and human performance
