Are you an experienced Program Manager looking for your next international challenge?

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join a strategic global transformation program for a leading FMCG / Consumer Goods company .

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a complex, high-visibility transformation involving Sales, Digital, eCommerce and Technology , working with international business and IT stakeholders, global teams and external technology partners.

? What will you do?

As Senior Program Manager, you will take end-to-end responsibility for driving the program forward, ensuring strong governance, alignment and delivery across multiple workstreams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the integrated program plan, milestones, dependencies and critical path
- Driving program governance, executive reporting and decision-making
- Coordinating international Business, IT, Digital and Product teams
- Managing external partners and system integrators
- Tracking scope, budget, risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting future phases, business cases and program expansion
- Ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology delivery
- Providing clear communication and visibility to senior stakeholders

? What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a senior and autonomous Program Manager with experience leading complex transformation programs in international environments.

You should bring:

✔️ Strong experience managing global or multi-country transformation programs

✔️ Background in IT, Digital,



Sales, eCommerce, Customer Experience or similar

✔️ Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills

✔️ Strong program governance and executive reporting experience

✔️ Experience with business cases, change requests and portfolio/funding processes

✔️ Experience working with technology partners or system integrators

✔️ Knowledge of Salesforce and/or IBM environments is a strong plus

✔️ Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills

✔️ Ability to lead in a matrix organization and without direct authority

✔️ PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Agile/Scrum or equivalent certification is desirable

? The opportunity

You’ll join a general, cross-functional transformation program with exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to make a real impact on a major business transformation.

? Location: Europe / CET time zone

? Scope: Global / international

⏱️ Commitment: Full-time, 100% dedicated

? Start: ASAP / September 2026

? Duration: Initial 3-month assignment, with potential extension depending on program evolution and future phases
