In this role you will support VAT/GST and Intrastat compliance within the Global Tax Compliance team in Barcelona. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams and external providers to ensure timely filings, reconciliations, and live reporting obligations. You’ll work on VAT/GST projects tied to supply chain changes, IT system redesigns, and evolving legislation, shaping how the business stays compliant across jurisdictions.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role that adds value through proactive tax support and process improvements. You will join a global, growth‑oriented organization that values integrity, accountability, and a can-do mindset.

Compensaciones / Beneficios

- Prepare and submit VAT/GST, Intrastat returns and related filings
- Supervise live reporting obligations in entrusted jurisdictions
- Observe filing deadlines and payment due dates
- Perform reconciliations
- Provide internal and external audit support




- Monitor VAT/GST legislation changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders
- Assist with VAT/GST queries from business
- Participate in projects affecting VAT/GST (supply chain changes, IT system redesign and optimization, legislative updates, live reporting obligations)

Responsabilidades

- 3–5 years of VAT/GST compliance experience; advisory experience is a plus
- Experience in an international/multinational company; Big 4 is an advantage
- Excellent/fluent English; additional languages xugodme are a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Comfort with using AI tools in day-to-day work
- Strong ownership, hands-on approach, and team-oriented mindset
