Role Description The GTM Assistant for IoT at Huawei Consumer Business Group will support go-to-market planning and execution for IoT products in the Madrid office. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating product launches, preparing marketing and sales enablement materials, and assisting with campaign planning and tracking. The GTM Assistant will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and channel teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and consistent messaging across markets.

Daily tasks include maintaining project timelines,



preparing reports and presentations, monitoring market and competitor activities, and supporting local events or partner initiatives. The role also involves handling administrative tasks related to GTM operations and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- GTM and marketing skills, including basic understanding of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and campaign coordination.
- Analytical and research abilities to track market trends, competitors, and campaign performance, and to prepare clear reports and presentations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams and external partners.
- Organizational and project coordination capabilities, including attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project management software); familiarity with IoT or consumer electronics is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills and international experience are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Madrid and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
