Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the HR function and building people strategies that support CoreFi’s growth and regulatory obligations. This role oversees HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent acquisition support, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and offboarding. The Head of Human Resources will design and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with relevant labor and employment laws, and establish practices that foster fair treatment, inclusion, and a high-performance culture in a distributed,



international environment.

Day-to-day activities include advising leadership on organizational design, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinating learning and development initiatives, and monitoring HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions. The role also collaborates closely with legal, finance, and business leaders to align HR programs with CoreFi’s strategic objectives and evolving regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR functions in tech, fintech, or financial services environments.
- In-depth knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, including experience designing compliant policies and handling cross-border HR considerations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and building trust-based, inclusive workplace practices.
- Proven experience in strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development for scaling, remote, or hybrid teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and partner with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HRIS and HR analytics, using data to drive decisions, track key HR metrics, and continuously improve HR processes.
- Understanding of financial services or regulated industries is highly beneficial; experience with European regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
