The Clinical Solutions
Manager (CSM) is a field-based clinical and technical expert responsible for providing best-in-class support to customers from pre-sales to post-sales activities, contributing to adoption and utilization of Cepheid diagnostic solutions. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, Customer Service, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality clinical implementation support, ensure successful instrument and assay deployment, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth. This position is part of the Commercial organization Iberia reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and will be remote in Spain.
In This
Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Provide in-field technical and scientific support throughout the pre-sales stage with a strong focus on expanding the user base of Cepheid diagnostic solutions. Develop and maintain strong networks with clinicians and key stakeholders (e.g.
Infection
Control, Preventive Medicine, ID, ED, etc.) Integrate Cepheid’s complete solutions and support customers through evaluation, implementation, and ramp-up to ensure a successful go-live. Provide technical direction and troubleshooting support for instrument operation, assay implementation, on-label evaluation, connectivity/LIS, and clinical workflows, in partnership with Customer Care and Technical Support teams. Deliver customer training, product demonstrations, tailored scientific presentations, and data analyses to support informed decision-making and successful adoption.
Support sales strategy and revenue objectives by driving implementations, supporting key accounts, generating leads, and building strong networks with clinicians and key stakeholders across relevant medical and infection-prevention functions.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job
Include MSc or PhD degree in Biology or Molecular Biology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences subspecialty (Microbiology, Molecular biology), or Infectious Diseases. Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in the Spanish healthcare market, specially in point of care.Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver impactful trainings. Fluent in Spanish and English.
