In this on-site leadership role, you will lead and develop a regional Data Center HR Partner team to deliver scalable, data-driven HR services that enhance the builder experience. You will shape operating models, drive process improvements, and partner with cross-functional leaders to support thousands of data-center employees. The position emphasizes hands-on ownership, strategic planning, and working closely with HRBPs to execute the people agenda.

Occasional travel is required to support multiple data-center clusters.

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience xugodme implementing data-driven workforce solutions and HR metrics
- Experience managing employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management
- 5+ years of human resources leadership, or 5+ years of leadership in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, or manufacturing
