Momentum Data designs and runs human-centric go-to-market programs built for the age of AI. We help enterprise marketers at some of the world's biggest B2B brands grow pipeline, drive event engagement, and build thought leadership, turning data and AI into programs that actually move the needle.

The role:

Full-time paid internship in AI, Data and Operations, based in Barcelona with hybrid flexibility (part of the week from home).

You will sit where data meets operations on a small team. One day you are cleaning and organizing data from a dozen sources and turning it into a clear report; the next you are tightening an internal workflow, chasing down a missing input, or testing whether an AI tool can take a recurring task off everyone's plate. We rarely hand out detailed briefs, so we are looking for someone who is happy to figure things out.

What you will do:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, and keep it accurate
- Run exploratory analysis and help build dashboards and reports that improve our programs
- Keep files, documentation, and operational processes tidy and easy to follow




- Test and integrate AI tools into how we work, and suggest better ways of doing things

What we are looking for:

- Genuinely comfortable with data: spreadsheets, and ideally some SQL, Python, or a BI tool
- Organized and diligent: you notice the small errors other people scroll past
- Proactive and resourceful: you spot what needs doing and get it moving without being asked
- Curious about AI and already using it in your own work
- Excited to work in a small-business, startup-style environment: broad remit, fast pace, and plenty of ownership rather than a narrow, rigidly defined role
- Clear written and spoken English; other languages are a plus
- A background in a data, technical, or business field is helpful, but we care far more about what you can do than which degree you hold
