We are looking for an Investment Manager to join our Madrid headquarters. This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in the entire investment lifecycle, from opportunity origination and evaluation to deal execution and portfolio development.

You will work alongside senior investment professionals and gain exposure to strategic transactions across international markets. Support the preliminary analysis of opportunities. Develop the database of possible opportunities and facilitate prioritization there of through data gathering and early analysis Development and coordination of the Financial, Legal, Tax and Technical Due Diligence, in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.

Prepare the transaction Budget.



Conduct in-depth financial analysis and assessment of investment opportunities Prepare necessary materials and presentations (Investment Proposals / Recommendations) Contribute to the continuous improvement of M&A; processes, frameworks, and best practices. Support any project to improve the dissemination and organization of information and other administrative efforts.
