In this role you will own and improve the in-store returns experience across France, coaching partner networks to Amazon’s standards and designing scalable, network-wide improvements. You’ll work in the field to observe returns, prioritize based on data, and translate insights into programs that lift performance across locations. As a founding member of the EU field team, you’ll help shape how EU-wide standards are deployed and documented.

This role combines hands-on field work with strategic program design to deliver fast, easy, and reliable returns for customers.

- Own the in-store returns experience across partner and carrier locations, ensuring fast, easy, and reliable handling for all return types.
- Visit partner sites, observe processes in action, and coach teams to Amazon standards for speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Prioritize improvement efforts using performance data to target underperforming locations and partners.
- Drive measurable improvements in service speed, processing reliability, customer satisfaction, and site readiness.
- Lead the rollout of scalable,



network-wide programs (signage, wayfinding, store supplies, replenishment, associate training, and returns-processing tools) tailored to the market.
- Translate field observations into recommendations that shape EU-wide returns standards and programs.
- Manage performance through coaching cycles and escalate issues to appropriate internal teams when needed. xugodme
- Contribute to building the EU field team framework, audits, coaching practices, and monthly ISX reporting for strategy insights.

Responsabilidades

- Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience in operations, field operations, retail, logistics, or program management
- Experience improving performance across a large, distributed multi-site network using data to prioritize work
- Experience coaching, influencing, or holding external partners accountable without direct authority
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments and prioritize high-impact work
- Willingness to travel frequently within Spain and work hands-on in stores/drop-off environments
