Recruitment is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to join a leading international B2B SaaS company in Valencia, Spain. Our client provides cloud-based software solutions that help multinational organizations digitalize and automate critical business processes. As part of their continued international expansion, they are strengthening their Japanese commercial team and looking for someone ready to take ownership of the full B2B sales cycle.

About the role This is a new-business-focused sales position where you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers, and converting prospects into long-term customers. You will work in an international B2B environment with a strong focus on prospecting, consultative selling, new-logo acquisition, and closing deals. Identify and prospect new customers across the Japanese market Conduct discovery calls, commercial presentations, and software demonstrations Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing Manage RFPs,



RFIs, RFQs, and tenders when required Collaborate with Presales, Marketing, Project Management, R&D;, and other internal teams Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, and forecasting Work towards clearly defined sales KPIs and revenue targets Native/C1 level Japanese ~ Full professional proficiency in English ~ Minimum B1 Spanish ~ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university education ~2–8 years of professional sales experience, ideally within B2B ~ Experience managing or contributing to a full sales cycle ~ Previous SaaS or software sales experience is highly valued Hybrid working model: 4 days on-site and 1 day remote ~ Extensive initial training and ongoing professional development ~ Opportunity to develop your career within a growing international software business ~ About Worldwiders Recruitment Worldwiders is a integral B2B-oriented recruitment company specializing in executive search and specialist recruitment worldwide.
