Junior Account Executive – DACH Market Madrid (Hybrid) | Full-time | Permanent Contract | International SaaS Company Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company providing search technology that helps eCommerce websites increase sales. Operating globally since 2011, they work with online retailers worldwide and have a team of 33+ nationalities. We're hiring a fluent German-speaking Account Executive to drive new business in the DACH market.

This is a hunter role: outbound, cold-outreach-first, full-cycle sales. You will identify prospects, run a consultative sales process, and close deals — not manage inbound leads or existing accounts.

Location: Madrid — hybrid, several days per week in-office. Run a consultative sales process (MEDDIC methodology)



negotiate pricing and contract terms Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets 1–4 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally SMB-focused ~ Full sales cycle experience: prospecting through closing ~ C2 German, plus fluent English or Spanish ~ Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) ~ Valid EU work permit required ~ SaaS experience, ideally in eCommerce, search, or digital marketing Market research or competitor analysis experience Permanent contract (Indefinido) ~€
