Join Galderma's Global Logistics team in Barcelona as a Junior Cold Chain u0026amp; Logistics Analyst. You will help ensure compliant, efficient cold chain operations across a global network, turning data into decisions and supporting continuous improvement. This role sits at the crossroads of quality, supply chain, and regulatory excellence within a fast-growing pharmaceutical environment.

You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders and gain exposure to biologics logistics, with clear paths for career development. This is a hands-on role with real impact on patient product delivery.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Monitor cold chain performance KPIs such as temperature excursions, deviations, and OTIF
- Assist deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements
- Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making




- Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and global stakeholders
- Support audit readiness and compliance activities
- Contribute to process improvements and cold chain optimization initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, xugodme Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; Power BI a plus
- Quality-focused mindset in a regulated environment
- Curiosity for digitalization, automation, and AI-driven solutions
- Excellent communication, resilience, and proactive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
