In this role you partner with customers to define and execute a growth strategy, driving profitability and strong relationships. You will manage the Joint Customer Business Plan, coordinate cross-functional actions, and optimize resources to maximize top- and bottom-line results. You’ll work closely with internal teams to execute pricing, promotions, assortment, and activation plans. You’ll contribute to strategic projects and stay abreast of market trends to shape customer success.

- Manage and deepen customer relationships across levels to drive growth
- Execute the customer strategy and deliver the Joint Customer Business Plan (JCBP)
- Optimize resource use to improve profitability in operations
- Own pricing, innovation activation, assortment optimization and rotation plans to boost distribution




- Maximize promotional plans and manage budgets in collaboration with the RGM team
- Lead strategic projects and engage the organization with the customer
- Coordinate commercial contacts and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Monitor market, consumer and retailer trends to inform decisions

Responsabilidades

- Minimum 6 years in a similar customer-facing role or with customer commercial background xugodme
- Strong track record in growing revenue and market share
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strategic business acumen with cross-functional, cross-category experience
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset with financial acumen
- Strong planning skills and customer focus
- Willingness to travel
