As a Kitchen Assistant at Quirat , our Michelin-starred gastronomic restaurant, you’ll support the kitchen team with preparation, mise en place, organization, and day-to-day operations. You’ll help ensure the kitchen is clean, well-organized,



and ready for service, while learning and developing your skills in a high-end culinary environment.

Keep workstations, refrigerators, and kitchen areas clean and organized.

Help control food usage and minimize waste.

Assist with dishware, kitchen equipment, and general kitchen organization.

Culinary studies or professional training in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or a similar field.

EU passport or valid work permit to work in Spain.

Meals during your shifts + uniform cleaning.

Access to IHG training and learning platforms.
