Babel Empower is looking to collaborate with an experienced Leadership & Talent Coach with expertise in Predictive Index (PI) to support organizations in understanding individual behavioral profiles and translating insights into practical leadership and team development.

About the role

We are looking for a coach who can combine Predictive Index methodology with coaching and leadership development , helping leaders and teams better understand their behavioral preferences, improve collaboration and communication, and adapt their leadership style to different people and situations.

Key responsibilities

- Facilitate Predictive Index Behavioral Assessments and debrief individual profiles with participants.
- Translate PI insights into practical leadership and workplace behaviors .
- Coach managers and leaders on adapting their communication and leadership style.
- Facilitate workshops on self-awareness, communication, team dynamics and collaboration .
- Support teams in understanding different behavioral styles and leveraging their strengths.
- Use PI insights to address challenges related to motivation, communication, conflict and team effectiveness .
- Integrate PI into broader leadership development and talent programs .




- Provide practical recommendations and actionable development areas following assessments.

Adecuado profile

- Certified or experienced Predictive Index practitioner .
- Background in executive coaching, leadership development or organizational development .
- Experience working with managers, senior leaders and teams .
- Strong understanding of behavioral styles and their application in professional environments.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Ability to translate assessment results into simple, engaging and actionable insights .
- Comfortable working with international and multicultural organizations.
- Professional fluency in English ; Spanish is a plus.

We value We are particularly interested in coaches who can go beyond simply interpreting the PI profile and use it as a development tool to create meaningful behavioral change.

Experience combining PI with approaches such as executive coaching, team coaching, leadership development, feedback, communication or conflict management is highly valued.
