This role requires a strong project management mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, solution-driven approach to legal risk. Coordinate and oversee external counsel globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and cost control. Draft and review key legal documents (pleadings, claims, legal opinions, settlements).

Provide early-stage dispute assessments, including breach analysis, termination strategies,



and recoverability. Drive evidence collection and preservation in collaboration with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Commercial). Act as a legal project manager, ensuring visibility, timelines, structured reporting, and end-to-end case management.

Qualified lawyer with at least 5+ years’ litigation experience (top-tier law firm and/or in-house). Strong expertise in civil and commercial litigation. Interest in data-driven legal management (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AI tools).

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. High visibility and ownership of strategic legal matters. Opportunity to shape litigation strategy and legal operations.
